Camp Under The Woods
Camp Under The Woods is a camp for children with special needs run by Adirondack Enrichment. The camp is located at Camp Meadowbrook on Meadowbrook Road in Queensbury, NY. For one week every summer, differently ABLED children ages 5 to 10 are given the opportunity to experience summer camp. The children are taught songs by a music therapist, have sensory time, art time, water play and of course outdoor activities. This camp is a truly amazing experience for all involved from the children, to the volunteers, to the therapy dogs who come to visit, no one leaves without a sense that we truly can make a difference!
